Jolene has
over 17 years experience in the travel industry, with the past nine
years being spent as a corporate meetings and events planner. Jolene
does it all – from site selection, contract negotiation and budget
management, to meal and function planning, ground transportation,
website registration and managing on-site logistics – just to name a
few! She has planned programs ranging in size from 10 to 4,500 people,
and her expertise lies in managing/planning multi-city, multi-track road
shows. Her negotiation skills consistently achieve significant cost
savings for her clients; her talent at relationship-building keeps her
clients returning for repeat events. Jolene’s organizational,
communication, creativity and customer service skills allow her to
effectively manage multiple programs while ensuring each event is
executed flawlessly.
